The PTN expects its members to have standards in their work; we’re yet to come across a member that doesn’t. These are our standards, and we expect all our members to work towards these standards.
Whilst we are not a regulator and thus not in a position to check our members operate to these standards, if we have reason to believe their standards are lower we may investigate which may lead to their expulsion from the association.

- Contact with customers
- Appearance and Professionalism
- Branded Clothing
- Inspections and Test Procedure
- Complaints & Disputes
